Important Information
ON OUR CRECHE
Please book children into creche allowing us as much notice as possible so that we can accomodate you. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations, this will free up a spot for someone else.
Ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking to settle and sign your child in. Bring along all comfort items such as a dummy or teddy so that we can help your babes feel more at ease. We are happy to give snacks, bottles and to change nappies. However please ensure you bring everything required as we don't keep these items in the creche. We have a cot available for sleep time, so please advise us when booking if you require it. We also have a microwave to heat food and bottles.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
No peanut products or foods that may contain peanuts eg; chocolate, nutella or muesli bars. No products containing honey on it to be brought to the creche also.
Children will not be released to any person other than the one that dropped them into the creche, unless we are told by the drop off person that someone else will be collecting your child. Parents may not leave the premises at any time whilst your child is in our care.
