Spa Etiquette
We recommend you arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment, this will ensure enough time for you to fill out your client form and to have a relaxing herbal tea before your treatment begins.
Please leave valuables such as jewellery at home and have your mobile phone switched off before entering the spa.
Cancellation Policy
For any treatments over 60 minutes either a deposit or credit card details will be required to secure your booking. Where possible please allow 24 hours notice before cancelling appoinments. Clients will be charged the FULL amount for non-arrival, and 50% for less than 24 hours notice.
Gift Vouchers will also be voided for non-arrivals. Our cancellation policy has been put together with much thought and is strictly adhered to.
A 50% deposit will be required for group bookings one week in advance of all appointments.
Public Holiday Surcharge
A 10% surcharge will apply on all public holidays.
